We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. All Khymar pieces are bespoke and custom-made with meticulous attention to detail. Each garment is crafted to your specific measurements by our skilled artisans, ensuring a truly unique and high-quality finish.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each order is made-to-measure, and we take great care to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us via our contact page.

Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card. This card will provide instructions for retrieving your parcel, either through redelivery or collection from the nearest depot. Please bring a valid form of ID when collecting your parcel.

Customs & Duties
Please note that deliveries outside of the UAE may be subject to import VAT or customs duties.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not applied by Khymar or the courier. We have no control over these fees and are unable to waive or reduce them.

Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more information. Khymar is not responsible for any parcel refused due to unpaid customs fees. In such cases, any fees incurred will be deducted from the refund (if applicable) once the parcel is returned to us.

We are also unable to declare parcels as gifts to avoid customs charges.
